By using the Ganga Nursary website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

• All plants are living organisms. Minor variations in size, colour, and appearance from product images are normal and expected.
• Product images are for representation purposes only.

2. Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
• In case of payment failure, no amount is debited. If debited, it will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days.

4. Delivery

• We deliver across India. Delivery timelines vary by location, typically 2-7 business days.
• Free delivery on orders above INR 499.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, courier partner issues, or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property
