7-Day Plant Guarantee
If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.
To raise a claim:
- Take clear photos of the plant and packaging.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days.
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
What's Eligible for Return
- Dead on arrival plants
- Plants with severe physical damage, such as broken stem or uprooted plant
- Wrong item delivered
What's Not Eligible
- Minor leaf yellowing or wilting due to transit stress
- Damage caused by improper care after delivery
- Change of mind after the plant is healthy and growing
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
